What started as a one-stop shop in Central Iowa has grown into a fully 100% mobile, in-field service company built around solving complex problems where they happen, on-site. Founded by Dylon Ysker, Royal Edge Fabrication began as an idea in 2015 and quickly became a reality, offering welding, custom fabrication, and powder coating services to a growing customer base.

Over time, it became clear that most clients didn’t need a shop, they needed expert service in the field. Equipment that breaks down on a job site can’t always be hauled in for repair. Trailers fail on the road. Construction machines go down mid-project. Dylon realized that his customers needed more than just advanced welding techniques and clean metalwork, they needed real mechanical knowledge delivered directly to the job.

Since 2022, Royal Edge Fabrication has been 100% mobile, operating fully equipped service trucks to provide a turnkey solution for field welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs. Today, we offer precision mobile ARC, MIG, and TIG welding on everything from structural steel and exotic metals to vehicles, trailers and decorative work. Our custom on-site fabrication services are built around a “can-do” philosophy, whether it’s reinforcing frames, modifying components, or building new parts entirely, we handle it with unmatched skill and precision.

Mechanical services cover heavy construction equipment, trailers, and smaller vehicles alike, with expert-level care for hydraulics, electrical systems, drive components, axle rebuilds, frame repairs, and general maintenance. We also offer preventive maintenance programs and emergency after-hours support for customers who can’t afford downtime.

Royal Edge Fabrication does not operate a walk-in facility, we focus exclusively on mobile, field-ready service, bringing the shop to you, wherever and whenever you need it.
